we are Matteo and Christina,
we have a family together and we run this campsite since 2017
after Christina's parents, Giorgio & Irene built it and run it for more than 10 years.

We love to share the peace you feel in this magical place with those who appreciate nature and mountains,
we do our best to make every guest feel comfortable starting from the initial welcome to the continuous willingness and great trust that we like to place in our guests, who more than customers more often become dear friends, and this is one of the things that pleases us the most
​
We carry out every aspect of management, cleaning, and administration, maintenance and in the meantime, we carve out moments for ourselves and our children,
during the opening months, we live in the campsite, for any emergency we are present, 7/7
​
we are part of a local association that takes care of keeping alive the interest in our mountain environments, outdoor activities, local ancient stories (also related to the Partisans) and entertainment or maintenance initiatives

our beloved, quadruped helper:
Tek- born in 2008- used to accompany people on the (right) path to the mountains all day long and in the nighttime to keep wild boars away from the campsite. Passed away 29th April 2023 :(

our quadruped helper l:
Greg (Gregorio) born in 2020(?)- initially unlawfully arrived from a nearby cat colony, but he earned our respect and love very quickly (watch out for his twin: he steals food and won't let you get close). He watches over our children following them in the dim light while occasionally hunting some small animal arriving from the near woods

Mona is a ninja cat! she loves to climb trees and do acrobatic jumps when she is on the ground... she was a kitten abandoned in the schoolyard last fall (2024); we decided to give her a good well-paid job in our team, she is really sweet, we can improve on discipline... watch out for your food!

Mona had some adventure in her first year of helper... was not really helpfull giving birth to 4 kittens on the 27th July :/ lovely unique moments shared with some of our guests. Hopefully Macchia (spot) will be a great mole hunter...

Svegliarsi al mattino, aprire la porta e ritrovarsi nel meraviglioso silenzio del bosco di castagni e betulle, uno scoiattolo che corre su un ramo, l'aria fresca che muove le foglie, i rumori lontani della montagna.
Sedersi sorseggiando il caffè, aspettando che il sole faccia capolino tra i rami. Una settimana così ripaga di ogni affanno e stress che la vita ti propone. Una rinascita :)
E' stata una fantastica scoperta questo camping, Cristina e Matteo ti accolgono con gentilezza, sorrisi e disponibilità. [...]
E' uno di quei posti, che quando vieni via ... lasci un pezzetto di cuore :)
